Korda Square Pear Inline Lead
The Korda Square Pear Inline Fishing Lead boasts four flat sides which makes it virtually impossible for the carp to roll the lead on the bottom, meaning the carp has to move the whole lead so feeling the full weight instantly.
The design of this short square lead means that when carp feed and pick up your bait that they are also able pick up the weight of the lead before shortly being hooked as the lead's weight pulls the bait and hook back down into the fish's mouth.
If the carp takes your bait whilst in motion, the lead still works with the flat sides of the lead causing it to drag against the lake bed, pulling the hook as far in as possible, again creating an instant bolt effect.
The compact shape plus the flat sides and smooth tapering make the square pear inline very effective especially for fishing in ultra-hard waters as the leads large flat surface area creates as much grip on the lakebed as possible. This enables you to fish on marginal shelves and slopes, on top of or on sides of bars without fear of the rig rolling down.
The improved grip of the Korda Square lead also allows you to get a super tight line, ideal at close range or when fishing against snags. This also makes this lead perfect when boating out baits on big foreign waters or when river fishing.
