Korda Basix Hair Rigs Wide Gape

The Basix range has been designed to cater for carp anglers on a budget, with the emphasis being on providing high quality products that will catch fish, at a price which anyone can afford.

These ready tied hair rigs are ready to use straight out of the packet, simply attach either a bottom bait or balanced wafter and your ready to go!

The rigs are tied using the subtle green camo coloured Basix Coated Hooklink material and super sharp Basix Wide Gape Hooks, with a small section stripped back by the hook to allow for maximum movement which increases the hooking potential of the rig.

They have a supple hair with a piece of silicone to hold it in place on the shank of the hook and to help prevent hair tangles on the cast, with the length of the hair being optimized for hookbait sizes which suit the size of the hook you have chosen.

The size 8 is designed for 12mm hookbaits, size 6 for 15mm and the size 4 for 18mm, however each rig is supplied with several hair stops and different sized extenda stops which allow you to alter the size of the hair to accommodate for different sized baits to those which the rig has been designed for should you wish to do so.

At the other end of the rig there is a loop and a Basix anti tangle sleeve to enable it to be quickly attached to your chosen lead set up.

The Basix Hair Rigs come supplied in packs of two and are available in hook sizes 4, 6 and 8 in both barbed and barbles.
