Free Spirit Seeker Carp Rods | Abbreviated Handle

Free Spirit Seeker Carp Rods | Abbreviated Handle

The Free Spirit Seeker Carp Rods | Abbreviated Handle combine premium Toray carbon construction with a clean, modern build to create a range of carp rods that look and feel exceptional. Designed with the understated styling associated with Free Spirit, the Seeker range delivers an impressive combination of performance, balance and long-term durability.

The Seeker blanks are manufactured using Toray carbon before being wrapped with a distinctive diagonal woven carbon finish, giving the rods a refined appearance while retaining the responsive characteristics expected from a premium Free Spirit blank.

Free Spirit has opted for a subtle modern build, incorporating its proven Clone reel seat in a matching carbon finish. Black reel seat hoods complement the understated appearance, while black Acetile and EVA handle fittings combine with Free Spirit's trademark-style butt grip to complete the abbreviated handle.

The rods are fitted with SeaGuide TDG guides, manufactured from stainless steel and finished with an Adaman coating. This provides a strong, durable plating while helping to keep overall guide weight to a minimum. An anti-frap tip guide further enhances the setup by helping to reduce line tangles around the tip during casting.

Subtle grey/platinum tipping around the logo adds a refined finishing touch without detracting from the clean appearance of the blank. As with all Free Spirit rods, the blank is left free from paint and lacquer, helping it retain its appearance for many years of regular use.

Available across both 10ft and 12ft configurations, the guide setup is matched to the length of the rod, with 10ft models featuring a 40mm butt ring and 12ft models fitted with a 50mm butt ring.
