The Fox Frontier XD bivvy provides a set of features unlike any other bivvy on the market. This is the result of 5 years in development and you can see the time has been well spent. Here are some of the most impressive elements of the Frontier XD bivvy.

Lightning-Fast Setup and Pack Down

The Frontier XD features a new patent-pending boss system, which supports the bivvy from the centre. Fox has called this the Easy Tensioning System, or ETS.

The ETS not only provides extra stability to the bivvy, but it also makes it super-fast to set up and to pack away at the end of a session, which is now a crucial feature for any top bivvy. Keyed joints on the poles also help during set up by keeping the poles in place and preventing them from twisting.

Maximum Space

The shape of the Frontier XD bivvy has been thoughtfully designed to make the very most out of the available space and to provide maximum comfort inside the bivvy.

The bivvy has a flat back, which means your bedchair can be pushed all the way in and no floor-space is wasted. In addition, a high roof means a lot of headroom so you can sit inside comfortably and move without stooping too low.

Highest-Quality Waterproof Materials

Fox bivvies have become known for their excellent VenTec fabric and the Frontier XD makes use of this highly-durable, waterproof material in addition to a laminate "blackout" lining. The waterproof rating is excellent and comes in at 20,000mm Hydrostatic head so you'll be kept dry no matter the conditions.

The panels on the Frontier XD can be opened up to provide optimal airflow that you can adjust to your liking. Each vent is covered with camouflage mosquito mesh and can be opened from the inside.
