Century C2D Custom Rod - 13ft 3.75lb | 50mm Ti Forged | 1k Reel Seat | Full Shrink

The Century C2-D (Command Distance) has been developed from the celebrated Century C2 to meet calls from anglers for a more powerful, distance-oriented option. Built on the same principles that made the C2 a benchmark all-round carp rod, the C2-D emphasises casting performance while retaining the handling and playability modern carp anglers expect.

This 13ft 3.75lb rod is designed specifically for casting heavier leads and longer range presentations. It is ideally suited to anglers who want a distance casting tool without abandoning the light weight, quick tip recovery and fish-playing characteristics that are essential for long sessions and varied venues.

Distance Casting Performance

The C2-D has been created as the distance version of the C2. It offers greater power for longer casts while maintaining the responsive tip action needed for accurate presentations. The rod is suited to casting 3.5oz – 5oz leads, giving confidence when fishing across wide waters or tackling windy conditions.

All-round Carp Rod Heritage

The original Century C2 established itself as a versatile standard for carp anglers due to its light modern build, excellent fish playing ability and quick tip recovery. The C2-D inherits that pedigree and expands it for anglers who demand extra casting performance without sacrificing control when playing fish or fishing tight margins.

Build Quality and Components

The C2-D is supplied with a 50mm Ti Forged section and a 1k reel seat, completed with full shrink finish. These features reflect a focus on durability and a clean, modern aesthetic that suits serious carp anglers.
