This Thursdays match was completely different to last weeks, all the heavy rain from the beginning of the week had coloured up the whole of the docks system and with no wind the water was dead still, the heavily coloured water meant that the better quality fish fed  with quite a few decent bream and the odd quality roach coming to the scales.

Top rod on the day with 11lb 11oz was Dean Malin which included a 3lb bream and a roach of 1lb 14oz, there was a tie for third between Dave Clutterbuck and Pete Sivell, both had a 3lb bream and a similar net roach and dace, all caught on pole and maggot.

Fourth was Rob Garland with 7lb 2oz of skimmers and roach on the pole, Adam Caswell was fifth with 6lb on the pole and Andy Curry was sixth with 4lb 14oz of roach and dace.
