With multiple upgrades over the original Frontier, this bivvy delivers exceptional weather protection, increased usable space, and enhanced ventilation for year-round use.

Manufactured from premium 100% Polyester Khaki VenTec fabric with a blackout laminate lining, the Frontier II X provides outstanding durability and privacy, while its impressive 20,000mm hydrostatic head ensures complete waterproof protection in extreme conditions. The lightweight aluminium frame combined with a high, flat-back profile maximises headroom and internal space, making longer sessions more comfortable and practical.

Designed with efficiency in mind, the bivvy features Fox’s new geared ETS boss, preventing frame collapse during setup, alongside spring-loaded, hinged, moulded and keyed elbow joints for perfect alignment and rapid assembly. An updated release trigger ensures a quicker, hassle-free pack-down when it’s time to move.

The solid infill panel offers three door configurations — solid, clear PVC, and camo mozzie mesh — giving you total control over airflow, visibility, and insect protection. Additional mozzy mesh vents and a 4-vent all-weather ventilation system, all accessible from inside, help regulate airflow and reduce condensation. The included Vapour Peak makes this bivvy ideal for use in all seasons.
