By creating a thermal air gap between the shelter and overwrap, the Storm Cap Wrap helps improve heat retention during colder months while reducing heat transfer during warmer weather. This creates a more stable internal environment, helping you stay comfortable regardless of the season.

One of the biggest benefits of the dual-layer design is the significant reduction in condensation. By minimising moisture build-up on the inner shelter fabric, the wrap helps create a drier and more comfortable living space during overnight and extended sessions.

Superior Weather Protection

Constructed from durable 10,000mm hydrostatic head khaki polyester fabric, the EXO+ RV Storm Cap Wrap provides outstanding protection from rain, wind and changing weather conditions. The additional front peak extends the shelter's coverage by 30cm, helping to shield the entrance from driving rain and providing extra protection for luggage, footwear and cooking equipment.

This increased front coverage also creates a more usable sheltered area directly outside the bivvy, making it ideal for poor weather conditions.

Full Ventilation Functionality

Unlike some overwrap systems, the EXO+ RV Storm Cap Wrap retains access to the shelter's rear ventilation system. Two zip-through access vents allow anglers to operate the bivvy's rear mosquito vents while the wrap remains fully fitted, ensuring effective airflow and helping to further reduce condensation.
